Critical Worm Warning
 

You may have all heard about the high threat worm going around by now, read about it here

Yesterday I got two different emails with the subject line saying just 'Hi' upon opening them the text was nothing but machine language and both had an attachment, one was Data.zip the other Text.zip. Well I don't open any zip file from anyone, nohow. The thing that is dangerous is the first one came from an official office of the Utah State Govt. spoofed of course. This thing can come from someone that you know, if you get one don't click on that zip file. One of our friends here in town got it, she gets and sends lots of jokes by email, well she clicked on the zip file, now she is trying to get a bird to eat the worm.

Thank you for the warning... this is indeed a pretty dangerous worm virus... It has been our long time policy that we don't usually get involved in virus chatter, but this one is really bad and eats personal address books for breakfast and then calls on your friends...

One last comment before I close this thread...

Everyone should Keep your antivirus software updated! (I download and update mine DAILY - because my REAL job is in Computer Security)... and don't open attachments or for that matter even email from folks you don't know or aren't expecting email from... it isn't worth the risk.
