Opinion On Gun Auctions

I have at least one, maybe two, guns that I would
like to sell. What are the opinions on the gun
auctions. Good, bad, so-so?

Which one is best?

I have only had one dealing on a gun auction, and it went fine.

As a seller, show lots of pictures and good description, it appears to me there are many auction sites, but these two are ones that i think have many guns for sale on them:

You "might" get more money and you might not, might be better to just try to sell here on the trader?

Many members have a C&R (FFL) and some have FFL, so this might be a good place to offer them first?

I've had pretty good results overall. I had one bad encounter with a dealer in California over a $40.00 mag I purchased, but otherwise my transactions have gone well. Here is the link to my current auction and you can look at my feedback and that pretty much sums up the overall result. (and if you are inclined to purchase the item so that I can buy more lugers, that is great). I agree that you should have a lot of pictures and a good, honest description. I always want to be as hyper critical on what I am selling as possible. My current auction is a bit of a specialty weapon with a limited appeal, so I didn't go into a description as they will know exactly what they are looking for. But, if you look at the items in my feedback I listed previously, I had great success selling them and being as honest as possible.
