STORM
Well Iâ??m not sure when Iâ??ll be able to get back on, so you guys say a prayer for us in South Florida as we ride out this storm.
At least its only a Cat 3 now, instead of the forecasted Cat 5. Were starting to feel the wind and feeder bands already. Jim <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" /> |
Good luck to you Jim, bless you and family.

Thanks Guys
Just a quick update The eye of the storm has been going over us for about the last 3 or 4 hours. We have done have a quick assessment of the town, and have found many main roads almost impassible due to the trees and power poles down. The fire house lost part of its roof, but the phone lines still remain active for our facility and our EOC. No reports of causalities or injuries as of yet, but our search and rescue teams will go out after the storm in the day light. Iâ??m sure we have had a few because we have be buffeted with over 100+ mile hour winds for more than 8 hours and now were going to get the back side soon. Most buildings have held up well, but a few have collapse. ED! I moved the wife and kids out to NC before the storm where I knew they would be safe. Jim |
