Unit Markings

I am looking at a pistol that I might buy can you please let me know what these unit markings are? Thanks

likely police - pictures - a marking can be misunderstood by a wrong comma or period or capital letter.

Pictures, of the entire gun shows a lot - i.e. sear safety might be there.

So, we need pictures
