S Code Krieghoff’s opinions

Hi mates, a seller has offered me a Krieghoff S Code and I would like to know your opinions about it. I have doubts about if it has been refinished. The pictures have low quality but I would be grateful to know your opinions. Thanks.

Hola, Bienvenidos al foro de la pistola Parabellum.

Unfortunately, yes your pistol in question has been refinished. The dead giveaway is that the inside of the frame is blued when it should be “in the white”. That said, it is a very pretty and good looking refinish on the exterior.

My opinion rrandoct is that this gun is stunningly beautiful and I would love to call it mine but I imagine that privilege wouldn't come cheap.

Myself I am not bothered by 'refinished' or not.

Is there no Krieghoff & Anchor on the top toggle?

[Jerry , Can't tell the serial with the big whatever on the receiver but more than half the S dated HK's only have " HK SUHL " . The late ones have " HK KRIEGHOFF SUHL " on the toggle . [/B]

Nice looking KRIEGHOFF but to me it does look refinished.
