I sold my mint '02 AE Fat Barrel a few months ago. It wasn't fun, but you have to let go of them sometime...and I ain't getting any younger.

Ron Thank You, I'm holding out! SELLER REMOURSE! I WILL LEND YOU MINE~~
|
It's mentally painful to have to sell something you cherished and cared for for years! I've felt that pain too!
|
Ron,
I think that is the nicest 02 I have seen. Mike |
Thanks Mike, it is the best I have ever seen also. Like new straight from the factory. I was sorry to let it go but it is time to pass on things I have accumulated and enjoyed over the last 65+ years.

The only time one has to sell anything that is a source of satisfaction is if one needs the cash.

"Not entirely true. Leaving family with the responsibility of finding a proper means of selling also is a consideration."
A valid consideration, but not a necessity. One's Will could specify how to handle the estate. There would be an executor and no one else need worry about it. Jack |
Choices..we all gotta make em..

families would not know what gun belongs with what accessories. so some taggings system and inventory list for the family sure would be help.

I have to sell~Since Deb died I'v lost her monthly SSI resulting in a loss of $1200/mo~Relying on my alone with a meager $230 yearly raises!!!I've got no choice!! Thank God for a few lugers!

Ron,
Everything you are saying is valid...as a choice. If you choose to sell your entire collection while you can, that is up to you and has to be respected. The point is, and I'm repeating myself: The only time one has to sell anything that is a source of satisfaction is if one needs the cash. Jack |
