Interesting Erfurt police P-08
4 Attachment(s)
Recently picked up this one. 1914 Erfurt with 1920 property stamp. Strap marked to Schutzpolizei Arnsberg, first to 4th district, then to 7th district, then who knows? They ran out of room for more stamps. All cancelled, but intact. Simson replacement barrel. Both sear and magazine safety intact. All matching except a grip screw, toggle axle pin, mag, and the replacement barrel.

Beautiful gun with great history! I’d love it in my Erfurt collection!

Awesome! It is interesting to see how Lugers were made with such care and many with great finishes only to be crudely unit marked and crossed out and remarked! What a great history your Luger shows! Congrats on your new addition!

Very cool! I see it has the magazine safety as well as the sear safety - Is the magazine safety complete or chopped off inside???
In any event, it is a great addition to your collection! |
Excellent find. Not many have survived with both safeties still active. Condition looks to be better than average too. A fine addition to any Luger collection.

Both safeties are intact. It is one of the things that attracted me to the gun.

Great find!!
