WW2 site, rememberances of an Ambulance Driver

This doesn't have much Luger information in it, but it is an interesting personal account of a guy, that a friend of mine (WW2 Vet, not who the story is about) e-mailed me.

So, I hope you don't mind and find it entertaining.

Ed, my heartfelt thanks for posting the link to this site.

The author of this site reminds me much of my own father... and how many stories he has told me over the years that have brought tears to both our eyes... I will make sure he gets a chance to read this story. There will never be a price that could pay for the sacrifice that these men made for our freedom---except to continue to defend that freedom at all costs, in their honor.

This is one old soldier whose prayers are with those in harm's way doing exactly that as we sit here chatting...

God bless them and watch over them...every one.
