Does anyone currently make a P08 Shoulder Holster?

...wait; let me clarify - an actual under coat or jacket holster; i.e. not one of the military ("tanker", etc.) versions or a reproduction of similar.

I've seen a handful of these from the commercial market, but always vintage and always quite pricey, when I do see them.

My incoming is planned as a shooter and while I certainly don't intend to use it as my CCW; a holster that is fully covered by clothing and not worn on the belt would be handy if/when I do take it afield, as my time is split between two damp heavily forested areas - the southeastern U.S. and the P.N.W. - so a well-made lined leather shoulder rig would be useful, especially when on horseback.

Thanks for any tips.

The Beretta 92 is a P38 rip off. And the P38 is dimensionally close to the P08.

So I think you will find lots of options.

I would talk to the folks at El-Paso Saddlery. They probably have what you are looking for. Not cheap, but very well made.

in Texas, we have a ton of leather working shops and craftsmen.....saddles are a big part of what they do.....but every shop has a section with examples of other leather goods including a wide variety of holsters and options of designs.......google is your friend...............

When I was younger I bought several shoulder holster for several revolvers, I found that they will work for many 4 to 6 inch guns.
Do a search on ebay and gunbroker and of course, check bianchi and a few other saddlery type places

If a vertical holster is what you want, check out the Bianchi model X15 in the appropriate size. It's a very popular holster, and mine fits my M1900 Commercial just fine. If you want a Jackass or Miami Vice orientation, that's another matter. IMHO any other orientation than vertical presents more potential for muzzle-sweeping everyone around you--and even parts of your own body.
