1900 American Eagle
10 Attachment(s)
Today I offer up a mid production 1900 American Eagle, 7.65 mm, all matching, original finish, about 90% blue, 40% straw, Germany marked receiver, plain magazine bottom, nice shiny bore. Some mottling of the blue on the front grip strap, otherwise very clean. Enjoy, Mark

Good looking gun...a classic. I have always been a big fan of the M1900.

What style holster cam with the Eagle Commercials?

None. They weren't sold with holsters. Any contemporary holster that would fit would be purchased separately. This is a gun and holster I found in a gun shop in El Paso.

Eric,
Let's not hijack Mark's thread. |
Nice is an understatement. It has changed over in configuration to include the wide grip safety and the final profile (Type 3??) safety lever. Can we ballpark when made?
|
Yes, lets ballpark it date of birth please. And no hijacking here, its all consensual!!! Keep rolling guys! Mark
|
Sorry!
|
Production date can only be vaguely estimated, very broadly late-1901 to mid-1902.
