I believe that the system lost my cookies, as I'm no longer getting the "news" marking on posting that I haven't yet read. Tom h.

I had a bunch of new posts this morning but the little "New" icon is not showing up... is this the result of some cookie tinkering???


Maybe you should have Dok post "New and Improved" on the home page of the forum


What do we have to do to get the "New" indicators back?

I have the little NEW icon! Come to think of it I've always had it! Strange!!!

Suddenly and Mysteriously the "New" icon returns! (EOM)
 

It's called a "persistient Cookie"
 

Funny how it works, huh??


Seriously - once you log in - it will "refresh" in 10 minutes rather then the hour it took in the previous programming.. I figured if I waited - oh, about 10 minutes before replying to your note - that your "New" icons would be back..


As a side note - remember, the "New" icon is a totally "New" feature for Hugh and Frank - who have been without Cookies for some time..!
