stoeger range today

I have one of the stoeger ss luger's in 9mm and made it out to the range today.I was really impressed with the way this pistol shot.the trigger was crisp and broke I would guess at about 3-4 lb's.
first I tried S&B 115 gr fmj.didn't have a problem keeping the rounds in the black at 25 meters.next I tried a handload using my cast 124 gr lrn using 3.8 grs bullseye.not one problem and again it shot very well but I need to get a loading tool as the mags are pretty hard on your thumb:) .

thanks for the info rick I will be looking for a tool or maybe just make one.
I have been casting now for close to 30 years and it is just another part of our hobbie.when you get started and if you need any help feel free to ask.I have helped out several friends to get started in casting and with the prices of jacketed bullets now its a good time to start.lead sure is alot easier on a barrel:)
