214 coded loading tool

I was wondering the value of this loading tool. Finish is 98% and it has the same 214 code as my G date. Was it made in 1935 also? Thanks. Phil

Phil; 214 would be incorrect, but 211 would be correct, look HARD! Should be E/211.
