Grip angle

Does anyone know the exact angle formed between the grip and the rails of the frame?

Thanks!
Jeff

Sixty degrees.

I always thought that it was 55.3 degrees.

Alf,
Of course, you are correct. I got my numbers backward. Sixty degrees is the grip angle of the .45 caliber Lugers that still are in existence (the Aberman and Norton Lugers). Fifty-five degrees is the grip angle of the 45 caliber Luger used in the US Test trials of 1907 and all other Lugers. Thanks for correcting my memory lapse.
