Swiss 1900

Great site! My father- in- law in Belgium has a one of a kind 1900 Swiss Luger in his collection. Unique! I can't upload the photo because of it's size but let me know if you want to see it and I will send you an email.

..took a liberty to crop out a piece of the picture, to show the quality of the engraving

Beautiful and tasteful engraving. Looks to be an early example with the Type I safety. Any chance of knowing the serial number?

I normally don't like engraved Lugers, but I think this one is just fantastic! The person who did the engraving, obviously knew what he or she was doing, what details.. only think that draws it back in my eyes is the grips, I would replace those with wooden ones.

Not many comments Verbruggen.. don't know if it's because of the problem with the server or the guys are short circuited their keyboards with slobber. Seen from a value point of view, I don't think the engraving would increase the value compared to one in original shape. But it sure makes it unique! It's amazing..

Absolutely excellent fit on the ivory grips!

I usually dont like engraved pistols eather, specially not Lugers, but.......................... This one is absalutly beutiful !
And the trimming on the edges and the detail of the engraving make it simply outstanding.
I would not like those grips on a normal Luger but they look perfect on this one.
I would love to se more detailed pictures of this one.;)

Thanks for sharing.

What catches my eyes is that the engraving is partial and outlined on the barrel and outlines the muzzle great. I love it!!!
