Converted Reichsrevolver Holster

Received a request from a P38 collector as to what these markings mean on the inside flap of an otherwise unmarked Luger holster. Those marks are:
1.Fs.A.R over 2R.
From Jeff Noll's book on "The Imperial German Regimental Marking" it stands for "Fuss-Artillerie-Regiment" (Foot Artillery Regiment) but not sure of the 2R. Maybe second reserves? Please comment if known.
Anyway, the pictures showed the holster had been repaired or altered in some professional way. Reviewed Eugene Bender's book "Luger Holsters" on pages 161-165, which pictured several holsters with similar alterations. This Luger holster was converted from a Model 1883 Reichrevolver Holster. To me, it is not a commonly seen Luger holster, what value would be placed on the holster?

I've had a couple of converted holsters - Reichsrevoler like this, I'd say $400

Just FYI, "Fuss-Artillerie-Regiment" (First Artillery Regiment)", actually translates to foot artillery regiment not "First"

This altered Reichsrevolver holster was converted from a former Reichsrevolver holster M/87 for the Revolver M/79 according the 1909 dated order „Anleitung zur Abänderung der Revolvertaschen zu Pistolentaschen für die Pistole 08“. The unit stamp means Fußartillerie- Regiment von Linger (Ostpreußisches) Nr. 1. I think the 2R is a 2.B. for 2. Batterie.
To understand all the different alterations of the former Reichsrevolver holsters to P08 holsters one must know and understand that there were 2 different orders dated 1909 and 1910 which described the alterations of the holsters from the „long“ and „short“ Reichsrevolvers as they were used in different shapes for different units like Cavalry and staff ordonnances, mounted field Artillerie and all other not mounted troups like Infantry, driving Field Artillery, Foot Artillery, Train and so on. These orders were obligatory for the 4 kingdoms Prussia, Bavaria, Saxon and Württemberg but were transposed in different ways because the Reichsrevolver holsters of the 4 kingdoms were different and Bavaria for example used in 1909 still same altered holsters of the M/69 Pistol (Werder) for the Reichsrevolver. So are a lot of different alterations existing.
I hope my explanation was a bit helpfull.

I looked at my altered Reichsrevolver holsters and found a holster with the same unit mark. But my holster was altered for the Bavarian foot artillery. It means Kgl. Bay. 1. Fußartillerie Regiment vakant Bothmer, Station was München. It was made from a Revolvertasche 91 for the Revolver 83. The unit stamp is the same There is also a faint B under the 1.Fs.A.R.

Neat holsters. The Germans wasted nothing and some of these reworked holsters are quite ingenious.
