Carbine by Eugene/Lugerman?
I've been so wrapped up in my own Gonzo carbines that I've lost track of whether Eugene is still making his and whether anyone since Ed has ordered/taken delivery of one...
I think I remember Eugene saying he only planned on five carbines a year. But then he stopped... Anyone have a Lugerman carbine on order? Anyone since Ed received their carbine? Ed's two carbine threads are closed or I would have posted in the long one, as that's where all the information is. Anyone interested, contact Eugene... It looks to me like the kind of hand guard that Numrich (gun parts corp) uses to supply with their 16 inch barrels. Check your old catalogs...

When Hugh posted, I thought "Hey! A Numrich forearm would be easy to modify for a custom Luger carbine!". But whatever that eBay wood piece is, it doesn't look like anything anyone would want on their Luger. :( But Thanks! for posting, Hugh! |

This is not a Numrich, but this is the style that they sold. Tapered, Schnabel tip. The Numrich had no checkering and had the center band for attachment. the Numrich didn't mount on the frame lug either so it wasn't as 'fat'. :D
They might still sell it. I haven't checked in years. |
