Years Mom worked for naval sales on the Grumman F-14 and was presented wth this orginal Eric Sloan Hellcat F4F drawn in 1942 in pencils water color signed by Eric Sloan in 1943~ I'm putting it with an art auction house for an upcoming fine art auction. I'll keep you all up to date~ tks Eric

Glad you're keeping the drawing which is very nice. I worked for Grumman in the late 60's early 70's in plant 5. One late night working with my co-worker Artie we were at the right place and time. They were cleaning out the president's office with all the pictures being discarded seems all they wanted were the frames, so Artie and I split the pictures after taking them out of the frames. Each of us got about 15 of which some must have been one of a kind. Well, mine are all hanging in my man cave and wouldn't be sold.
