Take care, it will not go away, but it will get more tolerable over time.

Take your time to grieve and reflect, but try to regain some energy from the little positive things around you.

Sadness and grief...

It is a tough cross to bear, as Vlim said, time will dull the pain, but it will never go away. The loss of a loved one. It is a loss that is incomprehensible to most, but very real to those of us who have experienced it... Small un-explained events will bring it, the sadness, back for the rest of your life, but, as the patriarch, you have others that depend on you to provide the stability that is now your responsibilty! Celibrate her life, hang on to the great memories, and revel in the fact that she was an important part of your life, before, now, and later! She lives on in your memory. Best to you Eric, til.....lat'r....GT

For the first time since Debbie's' death! They got me cleaned up and left our home for the first time and had a drink of ice tea for the woman and mother that I will forever miss!

So good to see you smile again my friend ... and don't doubt for a second that Debby isn't there smiling with you.
