They are all "favorites" in some way, but I like this one.
The "family" has expanded a little and I need to do a new photo. ;)

This Navy grouping was from 2014. It was taken from directly overhead and I had to stand on a chair. I've added several more guns since then, I guess I'll need a ladder next time.

This is my favorite Luger photo, although NOT of my favorite Luger. This is a TRUE 1914 Erfurt military....low serial, proofed grip screws, no sight notch for the artillery sight on the frame, matched mag. It also has a near mint 1914 dated holster.

This 1912 Erfurt is unit marked to the 93rd Regiment with matching magazine and holster.

DonVoigt 01-14-2019 03:05 PM

Eric,
You said "luger", now you must buy Debbie a luger so she won't feel left out. :)

This is my 1920 commercial. The DWM scroll is absolutely my aesthetic and she shines beautifully after you oil her up for cleaning/storage.

It's still so famous in the future that even Captain Kirk keeps one in his quarters:

Which is more deadly/

Wilhelm 01-14-2019 06:05 PM

Oh man! You gotta' be really careful with that phaser. The trigger is wicked light and you'll vaporize an entire bulkhead if you're not careful. I mean look at that tip. It may look small by our 21st century standards where we are used to accelerated mass projectiles but trust me, that's pretty high caliber when we're talking rapid nadions.

Just one favorite - well, over the years I went through a lot, finally took the advice of several friends that less is better (i.e. quality over quantity).

This is quantity ...

And this one, which I missed, because I was overseas working in Saudi - but Legacy did the inventory of all of Shattucks selling items and his collection.
