$500 I don't want GT fund
 

A lot of you know of GT's disaster by now. His Wife and Daughter hurt bad. Gt as a fellow Luger artisan is near and dear to me..He has always been overly helpful and generous. This is only the start of a long and let's be blunt, expensive journey. Even with the best insurance on Planet Earth there are expenses that will not be covered.

First and foremost is GT's Daughters dog, who sadly didn't survive this horrific crash. GT's Daughter will need a new friend to comfort her and help her heal. So I am asking for 50 good men to step up and help me out with a new doggy fund.

50 good men you say?
I will match any ten dollar donation. You send me a check for ten bucks and now it's twenty. You want to send more, that's a man with a good heart..I will still match the ten and all of it goes to GT.

So I am curious to see if there are at a minimum 50 forum Members out there who will help with a little money to a very good cause.

Nothing to win, no complicated raffle, no prize...other than lots of guys giving a little to keep our Luger magazine man up and running and a feeling that you gave a little to get a lot.

Yes..Thank the lucky stars that are overhead that GT is fine. If there is any bright spot in this horrible tragedy it is this. He is at least available to give what aid is possible.

Money has been pouring in all day and all of you fellows have been generous of not super generous. It is always amazing to me that Forum Members help when asked. It had my Wife Ellie in tears and this old Soldier choked up. It's generosity like this that makes all of the bad news we are exposed to constantly fade into the background just long enough to think there is some hope for humanity after all.

We have had many huge generous donations..$100 and up..I am still matching and want to see all of my money spent. So if you are inclined..keep the doggy fund going if you can.

I plan to PP GT's account with what we have so far this afternoon. Many checks by snail mail so it will continue but after a disaster like this ready cash in your account gives one manuver room. Jada will get a nice doggy I am just sure of it!

thank you for doing this Jerry - folks probably don't know, but he has started raffles for John D ( we should do another after a while) - and he started one for a forum member who lost much in a house fire, and other things he never comments about.

Jerry is a superb guy and I am proud to have him as my friend.
