Every country made propaganda films, where one side belongs to the good ones and the others are the bad boys, it's absolutely normal, but in my opinion the vast majority of american production was basically of very good quality and all the key roles were played by the best stars of Hollywood. The Grumman F4-F Wildcat carrier fighter best known for the battle of Midway. Mom working as a liason between the Navy and Grumman F14s was awarded this 2 years before her death in 1979. It is an Eric Sloan F4F watercolor drawn in 1944. http://www.chuckhawks.com/f4f.htm
