Hi Steve, while the data you gave me might generally be correct (byf 41, S/N 4558r), it should have Waffenamt Marks of double SE/655. This thread, however, is basically for G-Dates, made in 1935. But thanks for the thought!!

POSTED FOR FRANK:
First of all, I want to thank all those who contributed to the G-Date Data. This graph presents the results of all the data I have been able to garner over the past several months. Reviewing the data ranges, it is obvious that some acceptance marks have openings in the data range. I have tried my best to estimate the data, but there are some areas that are open for discussion. I will try to keep any new data I can get from any source and if I can provide a more complete graph in the future, I will. I obviously have the raw data that allowed me to make this graph. If anyone has the desire to review the raw data, please contact me and I'll be happy to provide the information! |

Oliver, thanks for the data!! While I have published the results of the study, I will continue to accumulate data. :)

Frank,
May I suggest that you open an album for this purpose in the Member Gallery and post your graph there... and whenever you update the data, you can replace the graphic to show the latest results... |
Serial numer 6943d
e/63, 92, e I trust you will enjoy this presentation and the record of past American owners. http://forums.lugerforum.com/lfupload/gdateluger.jpg |
Mark, what a nice Luger. Also, nice paper trail - especially the William S. Ruger connection - WOW. I think you have a keeper and further it extends the upper range for that combination of marks. Thanks!!

Hi Frank,
Here is my G date 8735c(it looks like a c) W154 and S 92 Matching mag with E/154. Hope this will help |
Frank,
My G date is 3514c and is W154 and S92. Mag doesn't match. Fits right in your graph. Tom |
Alfred and Tom, thanks much for the data. Even though your pistols fall nicely into the graphical results, the data is useful in making estimates for extending the data into the "gray" areas.

Here's a couple 3770a B90 S-91,and 1849c w154 s-92. Hope it helps.

Hi Danny, all data is most appreciated. The more data, the better the results. This is especially true for the range for each Waffenamt Mark.
|
Hate to be late Frank, but mine is 9599 "d". DE63 DE63 DE. Also looking for a matching magazine.
