I wished I had the tools and skills to reline or graft a new barrel. Unfortunately I dont have the tools so that is a expense I would have to pay. And who knows whats inside the thing thats wore out or about to break.
The reproduction stock rig is pretty cool but ebay has them for 80 dollars. So its not really offsetting the price that much. And in the end she I get tired of the gun ill never recoup my money, or even most of my money. Jim

The ebay repro stock rig was available $27 in Beijing. But to buy it, you have to buy a $1000 airplane ticket, obviously not worth it :)

You didn't mean a Model 1930 M30 that looks like a 1932/712 Schnellfeuer (more properly, Schnellfeuer-pistole) by any chance?

No, What I mean is this:

Attachment 50492

The left side looks like the schnellfeuer but there is no fire selector.

My vote goes to the new barrel graft:

Seller said, "I fired a single round from it, it worked".

That implies it cannot recycle correctly. This long barrel must be heavy, too much recoil energy is allocated to barrel/receiver, and too little recoil energy is allocated to bolt. If it cannot recycle correctly, that's normal. Barrel of this length is going out of range of the original design specification.
