Not likely - the only time I see a different number on a mag is when it is the unit weapon number (police luger) - otherwise it has the entire serial number

Looking for early K date #510 S with O/37 base, alum bottom, H on bottom back of spine. To match my pistol.

I have early K date #433 + same characteristics as above. S with O/37 base, alum bottom, H on bottom back of spine.

Having a mag with the correct numeric digits does not making it matching for a luger with a serial that has a suffix letter. TH

Also the maker, era of mfg, and acceptance markings in some instances.

A " number" matching mag that is not correct will only fool the novice. I see no point in it. JMHO
