Books in the USA
 

The books have arrived in California. Customs pulled them for inspection, which could add a few days to the arrival time here. They will then go by rail to Chicago, and should arrive next week. I'll get them a few days after that. I think I'll have them about the 10th?

I will start shipping the pre-orders as soon as they arrive.

There is a chance I will have them for sale at the CADA show in Chicago in 2 weeks. If not, I will be taking pre-orders. Over 110 books were pre-ordered as a result of having advance copies as samples at the KC Show this weekend.

Less than 30 copies of the Deluxe Edition are now available.
