Re: Some of my opinions

I HAVE NOW SHOT MORE THAN 1000 SHOTS WITH MY 7.65x19.

I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH SEPARATED CASES.

I HAVE HAD SOME 10-15 SLIP NECKS DURING RELOADING OR

FORMING CASES. I SEE THIS NO BROBLEM AS I DO HAVE ENDLES SUBBLY OF CASES.I YOU DID HAVE BROBLE OF SEPARATED NECKS

WHY ?

ACCURACY IS EXELENT 25-40mm 5SHOT/25M.

I HAVE ONLY USED 100GR CAST BULETS.

I DO HAVE 6` BULL BAREREL DIA 17mm.

I DO HAVE NORMAL WOLF RECOIL SPRING.

I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH HIGH PRESSURE.

I FEEL THAT RECOIL IS LES THAN ON 9mm.

I TRIE TO MEASURE BOWDER CAPACITY OF LOADED ROUND,

DIFFERENCE IS WERY SMALL BETWEEN 7.65x19 AND 7.65 PARABELLUM. IN PARABELLUM BULLET SITS INSIDE THE CASE

IN 7.65x19 BULLET IS JUST INSIDE NECK.

LOADED LENGHT FOR BOUTH IS 29,5mm.

WOULD BE WERY INTERESTING KNOW WHAT KIND OF LOAD DID YOU

HÃ??KAN TRY ?

I`M WERY HAPY WITH THIS I DO HAVE WORKING 7.65mm

PARABELLUM WIT ENDLES SUPPLY OF CASES.

Re: Some of my opinions

HI Esko

The "trials" was made by my collegue and as far as i remeber he used a finnish DWM produced luger.

The barrel was a heavy oktagon 5" 20 or 21mm between the flats.

Second hand brass was unfortunately used.

I don't remeber his loading, but the heavy barrels makes the cykeling of the gun really difficult.

The loading was probably on the hot side.

His problems at the time was

Case separations

Fork was bending

I don't know what you have done better.

New brass? Mauser produced gun?

Regards HÃ?Â¥kan
