Hi folks, just discovered your forum tonight. I am not merely a Luger wife, but a Luger collector myself. My Mother collected Lugers during my childhood, and I have had the privilege of access to her considerable collection ever since. I suppose the Luger gene is carried on the X chromosomes in our family

At any rate, now that I am approaching 50, I have the honor of having inherited the "Luger Lady" title at our local gunshows, as many of the dealers will bring hard to identify variations to me for info, history and appraisals.

I am also an NRA Instructor in Pistol, Rifle, and Defense Shooting, and I love nothing more than taking a few lovely bits of vintage German steel to the local indoor range now and then.

My compliments on the depth and quality of the posts here, and I look forward to reading more of them.
