I guess I agree as well...even though I did start this dialogue...

I like the idea of maybe adding some links into the "Links & Resources" section to direct Luger Forum folks to other "chat room/discussion boards" as a courtesy...

Regards,

I like that idea. Maybe we could get some other groups to reciprocate and link to this forum

Hi Hugh,

Actually, it's not mine. Some woman sent it to me, "Minta" or something.. She kept referring to the picture as "Hubby" - so I'm guessing that is what it's called - must be her pet, I guess.. Sorry I don't have any more info for ya'.....

My turn to....

Thanks for attaching the Link to the Hi-Power Forum for John D. This is a decent Forum and I hope it helps!!!!!

Seems like I never have the info I need in one place all the time. <img src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" /> <img src="graemlins/wave.gif" border="0" alt="[byebye]" />

Hey Ya'll, been thinking about this a little, no, that's not good for me but sometimes it works. Friend of mine has a dog that will bite. We went on a few hunting, camping, fishing trips, he brought his dog, I brought mine. I didn't get bit but it wasn't from the lack of the hound trying. But other folks did. So we told him glad to have you but that SOB stays home. He got all upset, acted like a 3 year old, said some real nasty stuff, and decided he'd just go with folks he liked who didn't care about his nasty dog. So he goes, we go, everything is fine. But I can't understand folks who go over to his place and take trips with him knowing there is a damn good chance they're gonna get bit, then get upset about it. Don't misunderstand me, folks can do what they want, visit who they want. But when I visit him I always remember what can happen, and don't stay real long. And its hard to feel welcome knowing his dog is under the porch. Be back late Sunday night, going canoe camping

Good dog story, RK.
Wish that it applied in this case as an analogy.

Pete Ebbink 12-08-2002 04:39 PM

Eventually those very old nasty dogs just loose their teeth so the can't harm folks anymore and then they get so old they can't lick themselves. Then you just don't see them around the neigborhood, anymore...

Pete,
I do not wish to be banned from this forum, so please do not provoke me with postings that are entirely dissimilar to those that you post on the other discussion board.
Roadkill shoots it straight as he sees it (although I disagree) and does not waver in his opinion, which I can respect.
Emulate him.

Pete & Wes, lets agree to disagree.

John D. 12-08-2002 09:45 PM

Hi Folks,

I really don't know the background on the comments - but what I do know is - if you are having a disagreement on another Internet site or Forum - work it out there or in private. This Forum isn't the place for it.

We'd all really appreciate it - or at least I know I would ..!!!!!

Best to both of you.....!!
