Thanks Marc!

Not only patience with the eye, but Wolff Springs has a 4-5 week waiting period on the spring kit!!! Something about short on staff.

Doc didn't say anything about camping out on the internet but I bet I'm spending too much time surfing, my eye doesn't feel any better that's for sure.

I have a good stash of 9mm ammo, Winchester White Box but mostly Fiocchi, that's my goto ammo for most calibers when I can find it.

Downloaded the FAQ pdf, man I got a lot to look at.

Watching a luger on GB, under $800 with less than a day to go. Can't understand why the price hasn't gone up. Almost bid on it but I have spent a load on guns and ammo already this month

You see.....that is that "can't own just one Luger" thing!!

One more photo and question.

I have searched and cannot find anything on this marking on the front sight.

It doesn't appear to be a partial stamp, I see nothing that would indicate there's anything missing, especially at the top. It doesn't appear to be a letter, more like a symbol of some type.

Any help is appreciated.

Looks like a "H" to me. Probably an inspector's stamp.

Shot just fine!!! I put 56rnds thru it and my son-in-law put 24, total 80rnds and no problems from approx 10-15yds.

I added 2 photos, left side and right side, but when I see them they're turned 90 degrees, sorry. The right side is a bit blurry.

Very happy with my luger :D

80 rounds without a failure? Excellent. You have a good 'un.

Dubar 06-21-2021 02:35 PM

Thanks Doubs!!! I just counted the hits...17 missed the entire target

I was shooting high until I realized it and made an adjustment so I'm sure that's where they went, above the target.

No issues with the 3 magazines, other than trying to load the last 3 rounds into each. Glad I had my loading tool with me.

A bit load, like most 9mm pistols, but it shot smooth left and right handed.

Now I gotta clean it.

I believe that your Luger would be sighted for zero at 50 meters so at 10 ~ 15 yards it would tend to shoot high. You'll soon learn where to aim for center hits.

Lugers are generally very accurate and with a little practice you'll be shooting small groups. The trigger may take a bit of getting used to as they often have long and somewhat mushy releases.

Good to know, glad it wasn't ALL me
