If the stock had had no holes, it would have made little if any over all difference or performance. Its the lightest part of the gun! Number of round loaded would make more overall difference, maybe!

I agree. While the Kaiser only had use of one arm, the tiny amount of removed weight from the stock would not amount to much. I agree with Cirelaw that it was done to hold onto the stock during its manufacture. Nothing more.

The Three Holes Are Only A half inch wide!!! Not much weight loss material!
