This reminds me of the 1950's shipments from Sam Cummings and Interarms. Lugers cost about $35, mail order. One of the Interarms salesmen in Alexandria, Virginia, told me that every crate shipped from Europe was a "treasure hunt." We poor students couldn't afford to buy more that a couple Lugers back then. I've tried to make up for that since then, though.

Uprising directly in central cities sounds like a shortcut, but usually spells disaster :)
