Some pictures didn't show the nice finish that Thor did, so after wiping off the oil I'm reposting a few. Mainly I wanted to show the uniform finish on the receiver.

Hi Tom, You're right to be proud of your Navy, Ted did an amazing job of the restoration. For those not "in the know", keeping the receiver rails and the small retaining pin in the left toggle knob "in the white", are things that separate the men from the boys. Bravo Ted! Best regards, Norm

Hi Tom
How much did Ted charge you to have your Navy restored?
Thanks George

Last year I asked him if he runs into an Erfurt grip screw. Two weeks I got a lil present. Tks

Eric, I did do this Test Luger for Jasta2 a couple of years ago.

Hi Eric
I just thought it would be nice to know just in case I wanted
to have one of mine restored.
Thanks George:evilgrin:

George,
If you go to Ted's website he has a price list. Depending on the condition of the gun to start with, these prices could vary, but it gives you a ballpark. Ted does restoration as opposed to refinising, but he also will do a custom finish (his "total doll job") if you want it.

The Navy has always appealed to me, this is great work that showcases the best this configuration has to offer! Absolutely beautiful--thanks for the good, clear pics, too.

Thanks for your feedback.
I'm thinking to purchase a Artillery stock/holster for display purposes. I guess it's like lottery.
Once more, congratulations for your "new" Navy - another proof of Thor's wonderful work.
