IIRC, you can post a rebuttal to that negative response...At least, while I've looked to see why someone had less than 100%, there was a response to the negative score...

I don't know if there is a character limit to the rebuttal, but a URL to that BadBuyerList would be helpful...Maybe even join that list and add your comments...

Very limited character # on rebuttals. Can't even get a good rant on.
But it is a good point to start a daily automatic search using buyer's SELLER name. You will think of lots of ways to screw with his seller status.

Read the negative,,,, oh, and EBAY sided with him, said that there was not enough proof, even though the lady on the phone said, 'gosh, look at the comments about this guy" (all private BTW)

If it's worth anything to you, as a buyer I wouldn't let his negative feedback affect my opinion of you because it's clearly not in line with all the rest of your total feedback, and is so bad as to be not credible. Also, I've never seen the term "(private)" next to someone's user name instead of his number of feedbacks. I tried to check out his feedback and it's all hidden, only that supposedly he has 100% positive, and a total of "69"?!? Give me a break.
I don't think his feedback will hurt your future sales. Also, your calm, fair response to his rant is further proof that your the "good guy" here.

Thanks Marc

Yes, a person can request their feedback be hidden, i always think they have something to hide. Remember, a seller can no longer leave negative feedback, so you have to "look" at what the sellers said, even tho they have to say its positive, they can comment about them in a negative manner...

A seller can't leave negative feedback about a buyer?! And I was so proud of my yellow achievement star! Now I'm taking it down off my wall, since it's worthless. ;)
