The "war lover". My soul, my being!

Aren't we missing something here? all that talk about a completed job and I haven't seen one picture of the gun as it was ready for departure???

I dont have any good after pictures. Been really really busy lately. But here is the comments from the girls dad.
Hi Thor, I am impressed! The luger looks brand new. What excellent craftsmanship. I couldn't be happier. Before, it was an old gun, that had sentimental value, but now it has been transformed into a family treasure and will be cherished even more. I am glad I found you Thor, I was 'this close' to sending it elsewhere, but I think God's providence intervened and directed me to you. I am grateful for the hard work and loving craftmanship you have exhibited on our behalf. Blessings on you... you have certainly blessed us with this high-quality restoration. -mike |
Ted, more importantly, you've given someone a beautiful heirloom piece (and photos of your work would only have made me want another Luger!). What thoughtful correspondence from the girl and her father!

This was a project of a lifetime for me. Enjoyed making the little girl happy with her Luger. What a family with class.
