"Military (42) dated receiver and military P.08 coded frame
Square dot between P and 08 on frame indicating 1942 manufacture" MFC, A silly question:o, is it possible to have a 41 dated Luger with a square dot between the P and 08 on the frame which is matching numbers? Alf. |
Alf,
The Lugers I described above are in Joop van de Kant and Don Hallock's 'The Mauser Parabellum'. They are described as "likely a late war assembly of 1944/1945". There is not one listed as you described (41 dated, w/square dot) but it does seem possible. |
