Ed, Here's a little lighter I came across recently. What caught my eye was the French coin on the bottom. A google search shows that it is a 1904 25 cents piece. The wheel still works..so I think with a flint & fluid you're good to go.

I'll try to get some better pics and include some other items. My uncle was a truck driver in France during WWI.

I came across a holster that belonged to my grandfather. Not sure if he made it or had it made as he did'nt like to speak of the war. Not sure if it fits into what you are looking for or not?
