I would like to see a closeup photo of the inside of both grips on this pistol, as it appears in the one photo where the grip has been removed that these may not be original grips but reproduction grips...
If it doesn't matter to the owner, then it is of no consequence, but if originality in your restoration is what you are looking for, let us see the grips so we can make a determination on their originality... |
Just noticed the Black Widow Luger picture shows a byf/42 Mauser with the WRONG magazine type, oh well, still like the picture anyway! :typing:

Also I might add, it's actually quite a looker in my opinion... for a chrome/nickel luger anyway. Most of them are quite rough and haggard these days, but it's not in too bad of shape from the looks of things. |

I finally had the pistol stripped of the Nickel and reblued,work was done bya very well known gunsmith of Boca Raton, Fl (George Roghar) he did a fine job!! I will post more detailed pics as soonas my kids go to sleep I dont want them to see their dad running around with a pistolin his hand..:eek: |
