all countries have their laws and there's nothing wrong with that. You do not need to ship your Luger out of country, but just to the nearest gunsmith or maybe to a friend who is familiar with that. You can also try to do it yourself, but be careful to not break something.

It's possiblable that your center toggle axel has drifted out of position (broken retaining pin) and is preventing the toggle from fully closing. Looks like a nice Dutch holster in Photo. TH

Personally I think it is generally a bad idea to discuss illegally owned fire arms on public forums like this. Not only does the owner disclose more info than he would like, it can also put other posters in a difficult (legal) position.

He is talking about part number 7. Your picture makes me think the toggle cannot compress the firing pin spring for some odd reason, like the firing pin is locked inside the breechblock. From the picture you show to fully closed is when the firing pin spring is compressed. Curious! Can you take both side pictures of your gun with the grips off to check the coupling link (part 9) to make sure it is completely engaged. Curious!:confused:

Part number 7 i can remove. Parts 4 & 6 move. Part 9 is free (isn't problem).

In your previous posts you said you have the locking bolt removed. Is the little spring that sits under the bolt laying down in the groove or is any part of it popped up of the groove? And part number 7 SHOULD NOT be coming out unless you have removed the very small retaining pin that goes through the top of the left toggle knob.

The part number 19? This part is broken in the half.

Part 19 is a leaf spring, curled around toward the front of the pistol, and flat toward the back. It normally slides into a slot and presses down on the sear.

Is the front part of this leaf spring missing?

It's possible that it's jammed behind the sear (part 19). Can you move or remove the sear?

The sear is held in place by a short leaf spring that closes a half circle and holds it against a pin in the frame.

When I'm putting a Luger back together, I put the barrel/receiver group upside down on the desk. Part 9 to the rear. Then slide the frame over the receiver as far as it will go. Next I bring it all upright,At this point #9 is behind # 22. Ease the receiver forward until part #9 falls in front of part 22, then back. Everything seats and I can put the side plate #39 in place.

Part 9 is free-moves, so i think it isn't problem.
