he has to have their FFL, it is legal for him to receive it back WITHOUT being sent to a FFL; you can read this in the ATF regulations.

No, certainly not. Since there had been, when I first posted about the gun, some comments about the authenticity of the pistol I just quoted that sentance to confirm my assertions. |
Bill, I have never seen an appraisal from Simpson's so I was Just curious how they went about it..Congratulations by the way. A fine pistol to be sure. Good Luck with your sale.
