and and explantion and will try to post them tomorrow. Right now I have to get out of here for a meeting...


You are absolutely right that the primary focus was of the mag safety and I didn't give it a thought that the newbies might not understand...

John, The late WW2 HSC shown in your exc photo was only made in 7.65mm (32acp) from 1940-45, but the 380 was introduced in the the 1970 with a few changes to the trigger bar/disconnector system. The current HSC Super (12rd mag capacity) made under license by R. Gamba (Mauser's Italian distributor) even has a few more parts changes to accomodate it's larger size. I purchased Interarms parts inventory for all of the above, should anyone need parts in the future.

Milt, as Thor pointed out...
 
My illustration was mainly a mag safety but there is a sear safety pictured. I am afraid that I will have to wait until Monday to correct this and post a good illustration of the sear safety and explanation...
