Joe, sorry I took so long to answer, but I've been laid up with a bad back. Doc gave me some pills that had me sleeping about 20 hours a day. I finally chucked the pills and am alert again.

I fully understand about "purity" and the attraction it holds. I fully support any and all who are purists; may your tribe increase.

I confess I don't know what to do in a situation like the original post describes. If I think there's a chance I won't be believed or well-received in my intent, I usually leave things alone.

No one wants to look foolish, especially trying to inform somebody. I feel the same way.

Take care of your back and watch out for those pills, problems in that area can become a real bummer.
