Steve,

I would now be very cautious about any 7.65 mm Arty.

All I see in The E-Book "DWM" is 9 mm, Now I Question that there were any Arty's in 7.65 mm. Were There?

I'm not assuming on this matter any more!

The thing to keep in mind about the one that I saw is it was a mix of serial numbers and what looked like two or three different bluing proccesess. Who knows about the barrel. It could have been bored and sleaved for all I know. It was being sold as a mismatched, reblued shooter.

After comparing total manufactured in each calibre .

(Early 7.65 mm long barrels vs Arty. 9 mm) it could have been either but odds are 20 -1 That I assumed wrong .

The 9 mm military wins by default as the 7.65 mm were all civil arms.
