Thanks for the concern Wes, but we are shooting into a bluff. The whole area is a 10 acre depression created by a huge cave falling in. It looks like a bowl with one side open. That side opens on the Tenn River. The walls are about 30'feet high and are made of limestone and granite. Plus we are shooting down into the base of the bluff at the field's edge where the dirt had been pushed up. The cows are in the pasture above us. So are the deer. I got two there this season.

Ed,
I have a luger made of straw that I picked up in Haiti (along with a Vodoo doll). If you keep messin' w/ me, I'll take my straw luger, rub it on your image on the computer screen, and dunk it in water for a couple of weeks. Then check out your collection and see if you want to mess with me anymore :D !

Seriously, I'm just glad you don't work at NORAD... plenty of wrong buttons to push over there!

Jack

OOOOh, Computer voodoo. This can be dangerous stuff. I once met a woman that had a strip of cloth tied around her head and a stick twisted like a touroniquet. Where your hatband would be. She was holding it as tight as she could. She had called home to Haiti. Telephone Voodoo. The Priestess on the other end told her to do this for something like bad dreams or thoughts. She then dialed 911, made me come to her house, and said her head hurt real bad. Enjoy target shooting. Beware of voodoo. These memories only come back when..... True story.

That cracked me up! One of my favorite sayings is, "You can surprise me, but you can't shock me." That lady would have been a surprise.

My only problem with that scene would be resisting the urge to give Darwin a helping hand... "Excuse me... Ma'am... maybe you weren't twisting hard enough?" :roflmao: .

P.S. The most accurate description of policing was provided by one of my mentors... "It's a front row seat to the greatest show on earth!"

Beer? What beer? Nope, I'm just not too comfortable even down here driving around with a bunch of guns and empty beer cans in the back. Anyway, since I don't have a tailgate they all blow out. And I can't keep any beer around the house. My wife is from Germany. She drinks it all up. Medicinal reasons, of course.
