Changes??? You're not going to delete any pics are you??? :(

John Sabato 03-13-2014 10:53 AM

No photos will be deleted... just additions, and maybe a refreshed page layout... :)

cirelaw 03-19-2014 08:08 AM

Just how old are these pictures? When can we submit our more recent pics?? PS who has the most posts? Eric

John Sabato 03-19-2014 08:45 AM

The photos date back as early as 2002 or even earlier... You can send your desired photo for the Rogues Gallery to Lugerforum@gmail.com.

I will get the changes/additions done as fast as my schedule permits... kind busy at the moment.

I have a request/suggestion regarding the 'Rogues Gallery' [members pictures]...

Is there a way to have the members pics included in the Random Album Pictures displayed at the bottom of the main Forum page??? It's not clear whether the Rogues Gallery is an album or not...

http://www.lugerforum.com/rogues.html

I have made the Forum main page http://forum.lugerforum.com/ my Home Page, as I look forward to seeing what others have in their albums (Lugers, Mausers, Holsters, busted motorcycles) and when I see something interesting I click on it and then view the entire album...It beats trying to view some 11,350+ albums one by one...

The pics are quite amusing...One member looks like he should be pushing a shopping cart on skid row... :D

It's interesting how we form a mental picture of someone in our mind and then they look entirely different...Albert for instance...

I'm looking forward to Eric's pic...And maybe Alvin's... :p

Well. only for that you can see my picture, fairly recent, if you click on "luger.parabellum", and view my "public profile", actually I don't really know why I chose that dimpy name, probably because in my mind somewhat included the gorgeous Swiss Parabellums with the more "historical" Lugers of WWI and WWII

Sergio, Ed Tinker can change your username. I had mine changed a few months back when I retired from the Postal Service. I thought the previous username "postino" was clever, I even had an auto license plate with that name on it, but absolutely no one in my town/station had the slightest idea what a 'postino' was...

Yeah, she's ugly,,,but she sure can cook!!! :roflmao:

If you wanna be happy for the rest of your life
Make an ugly woman your wife
So, from my personal point of view
get an ugly girl to marry you...

Wow! She's a beauty!!!

No, not my ex-wives...Just a joke. They're a pair of um 'nature's bachelorettes' from a cable TV show. Neither of my wives were knockouts, but they were both way cuter than these two... :p

(The rest of my post was from a popular song back in the 60's...) :D

1714 Spanish Fleet

It was found off Ft Pierce the Spanish Fleet was lost in the hurricane in 1715. Its an eight Real mined in Potasi Bolivia by slave indians. There is a singular round small proof mark which King Philip IV ordered after he found he was being ripped of my his own assayer. He demanded all coins be reproofed and stamped. King Phillip ordered that his dishonest assayer to death. Some were found to be less or chipped off pieces of silver and less remelted and restruck. This is an exaple~ The crack was made when when restamped and the non conforming were rejected and returned to the furnance, Thus very rare. Early Us traded the spanish milled dollar as our currency. You will notice an "8" equivalent to our dollar. We are called the Treasure Coast for that reason!! My mistake 1715 fleet and dated 1690~~~Sorry I drifted off topic~

Eric, I hate to tell you, but...You are a dead ringer for the most obnoxious auto salesman in New York State, "Billy" Fuccillo...

His ads are on every TV channel, he has his own loanshark company, 10 or 12 dealerships statewide, and his buzzword is "HUGE!"... :grr:

Other than that, you and the missus look quite pleasant... :p
