If those are Pakistani or Indian and if they are as bad as the .303 I've attempted to fire which was made there then I'd definitely not shoot it in any gun I cared anything about. As far as the case, it can be a combination of weak/brittle case walls (happens after several reloads in rifles and hot loaded .38/.357 rounds) and overpressure in the chamber. Did you notice any difference in recoil with the ammo? I have read about guys who bought a cases of Indian .308 and threw it away after examining it. Be sure you wear safety glasses.
