luger use other than german military

I think the lady's finger is on the trigger. Some daylight shows throught the trigger guard. Guess it's hard to tell.

I have an aprocryphal story about some one shooting an escaping crook through a ledger book with a 7.65 Luger. The 7.65 being able to penetrate the ledger book was supposed to have saved the day.

I wish I could track that down. One of the mysteries is why would a fleeing crook be carrying a ledger book?
