Thanks Wes, I knew it was a 38H, but just forgot to include that in my first post. I think this one will be an occasional shooter as the condition is not that it would hurt it. Keep your eyes open there are deals still to be found. I do have another 38H, but it is E/37 Army proofed and is the second variation high polish. Got it for $225 at a local auction.
