Ver sound advice, but with one stroke of the key board you did away with all dealers and made it sound that any collector was great too deal with. I have seen more fly by night "collectors" set up and gun shows, or in monthly gun papers that will tell you any lie too make the sale. The more novice you are, the more the shade tree collector will take you for a ride, and try getting a three day inspection after the sale and the "collector" is miles down the road. Read/learn and buy books prior too investing. Ask around, who people trust, but do not think all dealers are dishonest and all "collectors" are honest.
