Saw a 100% early Swiss today

Hi Ron,

The "P 2" stamping is unusual...typically if there is a release date it would be 2-digits...for example : "P 57" for a gun released to the Swiss soldier in 1957...

Was there a chance this 100% gun was refinished and one of the 2 digits was lost to over-ambitious sanding/polishing ?

Good M1906 DWM/Swiss Lugers seem to be going in the $ 2600 to $ 3500 price range...condition being everything...(original that is...).
